We are looking for SPIRIT Instructors. SPIRIT is one of David Lloyds newest signature classes and blends the tradition of Yoga poses with the strength of Pilates.
Each SPIRIT class consists of pre-choreographed workouts, to help our members become balanced, flexible, and strong. All classes are set to beautiful, motivating music and closes with a 5-minute mindfulness meditation which boosts attentiveness and improve mood while lowering stress. Our NEW SPIRIT Rebels format allows families (8yrs +) to experience this beautiful blend of yoga, Pilates, and meditation all together in one workout.
