About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs across Wandsworth. The successful candidate will work with a range of children who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), providing specialist assessment, intervention and support to help them achieve their communication and learning outcomes.
You will work collaboratively with schools, families and multi-disciplinary professionals to assess speech, language and communication needs, deliver targeted interventions and contribute to the development and review of EHCPs.
