**Job Description:**

**General Summary:**

The Specifications Support member, with overall supervision from the Manager of Architecture assists in executing office and project-related specifications and technical tasks of simple complexity.

**Essential Job Functions:**

+ Capable of generally reading and understanding construction drawings and construction specifications.
+ Possess/demonstrates the technical ability to assist in the editing of construction specifications.
+ Assists in the assembling of construction specification sections into a project manual based on direction from the specifications writing technical staff.
+ Assists in preparation of basic specifications, including formatting the specs to meet the company or client standards.
