Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Specification writing, Hardware schedule preparation, technical assistance, and Project budget pricing.Assists Architect's in drawing up specifications on doors and hardware for new building projects in both 2D and 3D BIM Environment (Revit).Communicate with Consultant, Interior Designer, Architect & understand their requirement from the concept / design stage of the project, understands their requirement on BIM and gives them the full support with the collaboration of Openings studio.Prepares door hardware specifications based on interpretations of architects building & design plans.Takes ownership of technical issues and provides a comprehensive support to the internal consultants.Works on Project Floor Plans for Door Scheduling, Hardware Scheduling, Technical catalogue sheet for the items proposed.Works on Industry Standard Ironmongery requirements.
