Shields Health Solutions seeks a Pharmacy Technician to proactively grow the specialty pharmacy patient population through outbound calls, educate patients on the Shields Specialty Pharmacy Program, and share the benefits of the Shields Partner Pharmacy program.

You will access EMR and chart notes to stay familiar with conditions, identify medications needing special handling, and uphold patient confidentiality while aligning with company values.
