About the Role
As a Specialty Clinical Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting patients through their rehabilitation journey within the Assessment, Treatment and Rehabilitation (AT&R) Unit. Working closely with patients, whānau, and multidisciplinary teams, you will undertake comprehensive assessments, develop personalised care plans, and help ensure patients are well prepared to participate in intensive rehabilitation programmes.
This is an opportunity to use your specialist clinical knowledge to improve outcomes for older persons and rehabilitation patients. You will collaborate with acute and rehabilitation services, contribute to service development, and provide expert guidance that supports safe, effective, and patient‑centred care.
