Job Title: Tooling Group Lead, Design Specialist

Location: Mirabel, Canada

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, flexible hours, on-site

Responsibilities

• Design tools that meet design standards and are safe, functional, and producible, with or without reference.
• Analyze customer requests assigned by the group leader to offer the customer appropriate and effective solutions.
• Produce 3D design and detail drawings.
• Perform design reviews with internal customer.
• Support various projects of engine assembly and manufacturing lines.
• Participate in problem‑solving sessions, project follow‑ups, and technical brainstorming.
• Make technical recommendations to project managers to optimize the design.
• Analyze and disposition non‑conformities following tool inspection/reinspection.
• Participate in tool validation during tool try‑out (as needed).
