Job Description

In this strategic and operational role, you will act as a key contributor and will be responsible for:

• Analyzing and identifying opportunities for process improvement;
• Planning and leading improvement initiatives in collaboration with Operations, Logistics, and Departmental Supervision teams;
• Conducting capability and reliability studies for vane rigs;
• Acting as a liaison and subject matter expert for various stakeholders — including Engineering, Procurement, Tooling, and Aftermarket Services — to integrate design changes aimed at improving the producibility and performance of processes, vanes, and engines;
• Studying, developing, and implementing new tools and processes to help the team achieve greater efficiency.
