Specialist, Training Development (Instructional Designer)

The Specialist, Training Development will work closely with Subject Matter Experts and teams across Honda Canada brands (Honda, Acura, and Power Sports/Power Equipment) to design learning that meets specific business needs.

This Training Development Specialist will be designing, developing and implementing mobile app content, videos, virtual learning, e‑Learning, job aids, and classroom training related materials.

This staff will be responsible for project management and leading training activities with vendor partners. Additionally, they will also be responsible for consulting with internal clients, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to understand learning needs and define success measures.
