Job Summary:
The Specialist, Ticketing Services is responsible for the development and implementation of product offerings within Hong Kong Disneyland's ticketing system, Galaxy, supporting a wide range of business initiatives across ticketing, F&B, merchandise, hotel and special experiences. This role serves as a subject matter expert on ticketing system and its related sales ecosystem, leveraging extensive knowledge of multiple sales channels, product offerings and integrated systems to deliver accurate, innovative and seamless solutions that enhance both business performance and Guest experience. The position also plays an integral role in driving process improvements and supporting the successful launch of new products across the resort.
Responsibilities:
Perform the product development related to ticketing system including but not limited to ticket codes (PLU), access control, access calendar, prices, discount, sales programs, etc.
