Solutions Tender Engineer

Prefer Location: Leeds Office; Alternative Location: Hatfield Office; Working: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days from office, Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

We’re now looking for a Solutions Tender Engineer to join our UK team. This role is at the heart of our UK Solution Centre business, working with medium and low‑voltage switchgear, power and distribution transformers, EV‑charging infrastructure, UPS, cooling equipment, containerised solutions and services for utilities, DNOs, renewables, contracting, datacentres and other large‑scale infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Do

• Analyse complex RFQs and deliver best‑in‑class tender proposals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the solution meets or exceeds customer demands.
