Job Description
Specialist – Switchgear's with deep experience across EHV/HV/MV/LV switchgear systems for oil & gas operations. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor switchgear systems from OEMs (ABB, Siemens, L&T, Hyundai, Hyosung, Schneider)
- Manage spare parts inventory, preservation, and SAP EAM codification
- Conduct condition monitoring, PD monitoring, alarm checks, and health assessments
- Perform periodic replacement of EOL/obsolete components as per OEM guidelines
- Prepare failure reports and execute corrective actions
- Support emergency troubleshooting and technical assistance during silent hours
- Review electrical incidents, trips, blackouts, and near misses
- Contribute to continuous improvement of switchgear maintenance processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 15+ year s experience in switchgear systems (oil & gas preferred)
