Overview

You will lead production operations in the plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale.  You will ensure the manufacturing strategy is implemented effectively and build a high‑performing organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage change and transformation among operating teams to implement IL6S‑Integrated Lean 6 Sigma and FoF‑Factory of Future line‑centric organization, progressing to self‑sufficient teams. Coach, mentor, and develop the team to model values and principles.
• Support annual manufacturing operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals in line with the site’s business needs. Cascade and communicate plans and targets to employees, ensuring alignment and understanding of priorities and KPIs.
