To coordinate and execute site acquisition, land rights administration, statutory approvals and permitting activities required for telecommunications infrastructure deployment. The role supports the achievement of rollout objectives by facilitating regulatory approvals, engaging stakeholders, managing consultants, and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and
