Specialist, Recruitment (Sourcing)

Role Overview

The Specialist, Sourcing will oversee the execution of recruitment campaigns for all sourcing channels in order to meet the required number of applicants.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide tactical and strategic sourcing plans for specific channels to produce the required number of hires based on targeted sourcing approach.
• Oversee the overall execution of the Sourcing channels assigned to increase the pipeline of candidates for recruitment processing.
• Responsible for ensuring good candidate experience and employee engagement.
• Maintain a healthy cost per hire and conversion rate from applicant to hires.
