Specialist, Org Management

**The Position**

An exciting job opportunity is now open as a Specialist, Org Management in our Organizational Management (OM) Team of the HR Central Services. You will support global processes related to organizational management and employee data management within SuccessFactors. The OM team services are provided to more than 70 countries across all time zones. In close coordination with the GBS HR Process Management, the role ensures that the processes are executed in high quality and in compliance with the guidelines in all regions of the world.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Creation and maintenance of MDF objects related to Organizational Management including Positions, Departments, Job Classifications, etc.
+ Maintenance and set up of organizational structure.
+ 2nd level support for the maintenance and corrections of employee, employment and compensation data whether via manual entry or mass import.
