Job summary
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our small friendly and experienced team at Barnet Wheelchair Service. Based in our Wheelchair Clinical Centre, you will be equipped to assess and prescribe wheelchair equipment, including specialist postural seating and specialist cushions to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care. We actively use a multi-disciplinary approach, linking with NHS services, and working in homes, schools and hospitals, as well as in clinic. This rewarding role provides a unique opportunity to work with service users of all ages. Experience in posture & mobility services, children's services, neuro, LD and rehab is an advantage. Knowledge of manual and powered wheelchairs is recommended but training is provided.
