Specialist Notetaker

Apart from working part‑time, you will support students at the University of Suffolk who have disabilities or mental health conditions by providing specialist note‑taking services.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and legible notes for lectures, seminars/tutorials and group tasks.
• Review and format notes at the end of each lecture to ensure students can access them effectively.
• Maintain a professional relationship with students, safeguarding confidentiality and acting in their best interests.
• Work closely with Randstad to meet individual student needs and address concerns promptly.
• Follow institutional policies and procedures while delivering services.
