Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Maritime / Cruise recruiter to join our London team - this position will hire for office based, shoreside roles only and candidates should have Cruise / Maritime / Shipping / Shipyard office based hiring experience.

This is a specialist recruitment role within the EMEA Talent Connection Centre of Excellence, supporting hiring across Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI), Disney Cruise Line (DCL),and the wider Disney Experiences portfolio in EMEA office locations.

The Cruise Line Recruiter will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse range of roles, with a strong focus on operational cruise line and maritime positions, including Project Management and technical roles supporting WDI at Shipyard offices.
