Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a Specialist Learning Facilitator to join our dedicated and supportive team. Key responsibilities will include:

Provide enhanced support for learners with a wider range of SEND, including more complex needs

Play a key role in delivering and reviewing individual support plans and EHCP outcomes

Support colleagues through sharing effective practice and inclusive strategies

Contribute more significantly to learner progress tracking, feedback and multi-agency working

Promote independence and prepare learners for their next steps into adulthood, employment or further study

This post is full time, permanent, term time only, working 37 weeks per year.
