Specialist in Social Empowerment

Overview

As an employee of the Työmieli project (ESR+), you will participate in a nationwide development project in collaboration with MIELI Finland Mental Health ry and the Satakunta employment region. Your work area covers all of Finland, so some travel readiness is required. You will also participate in scheduled meetings of the Into work community in Helsinki. You will contribute to the social empowerment component of the project, including contributing to the manual, planning and implementing training online and in person, and publishing the social empowerment toolkit on Into's website. You will gather best practices from employment regions and identify skills and cooperation needs of those regions. You will lead development groups for the manual and training, and facilitate multidisciplinary meetings of employment regions. You will participate in communication, events, evaluation, and project management.
