Job Overview
The HR specialist will assist the HR Operations Manager to deliver excellent HR shared services to the region. This role supports the full employee life cycle and annual cyclical processes and participates in continuous improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Process and administer employee life cycle related activities, including onboarding, contract renewal and offboarding
- Support local HR administration for employees such as insurance and letters
- Advise, transact and support complex Workday related transactions and issues
- Resolve general HR queries and Workday issues from senior executives
- Support and assist in the management of panel promotion and year-end activities
- Prepare ad hoc HR reports and provide data analysis
- Act as a content publisher for HR portals
- Collaborate with other departments or teams to resolve issues
