Job Description

Overview

Reports to HR Operations Manager. The Specialist HR Operations position will be responsible for processing input of new hire/payroll data into the SAP Success Factors system. The candidate must have knowledge of general HR data processing and must be willing to meet deadlines with timeliness and accuracy. This position is also responsible for providing effective day-to-day communications with all levels of employees and resolving general HR questions by phone, email and through the HR ticketing system.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary support for Americas employees, both salaried and hourlies, regarding general HR questions.
  • Resolves or triages HR tickets in Service Now System.
  • Coordinates onboarding paperwork, employee agreements and data entry process for new employees, including applicable benefits enrollment and responds to requests for employment verifications.
