What You’ll Do Here:

HR Programs & Engagement

• Oversee day‑to‑day administration of HR programs including long service awards, reward and recognition platform, annual achievement awards and scholarship program
• Measure, track and report on program effectiveness; make recommendations to improve adoption, utilisation and success of HR programs and increase employee engagement
• Respond to and resolve employee questions regarding HR programs or elevate them to Manager, HR Programs
• Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders such as HR team members, Marketing & Communications or Information Services staff to administer, promote or enhance HR programs
