Overview
Position summary statement: The Sr. Financial Analyst will be able to perform complex financial analysis, planning, budgeting and reporting, also including operational guidance for lower level analysts. This position is very detail-oriented and customer-service driven. This position will be key for GBS FP&A team as a support for coordination of Financial reporting packages for consolidation for GBS Locations (MX & PL) and 20 plus countries for GBS HC footprint, helping with standardization of reports and process improvement across GBS centers sharing the best industry practice sharing.
Sr. Financial Analyst should be able to present results in a non-finance environment with excellent communication. It will be key support for analyst for Month-end close activities, identify risks and opportunities in the ongoing center operations and monitor the CRA cross-charge functionality adapting cost-reallocation for 20 countries outside of GBS and internal custome...
