Specialist ERP Business Analyst – Finance, Operations & IT (f/m/d)

Your Mission: Bridging Finance, ERP Systems, and Business Operations

As an ERP Business Analyst , you will act as a key connector between Finance, IT, and Business Operations , helping the organization translate financial and operational needs into efficient ERP solutions.

Your main focus will be on Finance & Accounting processes —especially Accounts Receivable, Contract Management, and bank payment processing —while also collaborating closely with Logistics and Purchasing teams. You’ll work hands‑on with ERP systems, support daily operations, and continuously improve data quality, system usage, and business understanding.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the middle of finance and IT , whether your background is more accounting-oriented and you want to grow into IT, or the other way around.
