Job Description
MacRobert Attorneys is looking for a Specialised Administrator in the Financial Recoveries Department of our Pretoria Branch.
Requirements
- Candidate must have admin experience in a Collections environment, not as an agent
- VAF experience as a Secretary or Paralegal is beneficial
- Excellent numerical and Excel skills is a must
- Able to multitask and acute attention to details
- Good communication skills to assist with client communications
- Experience with assisting with Call Centre queries
- Knowledge of Excalibur and process/system driven individual
- Provide support to department managers
- Must be able to prepare accurate and detailed Excel reports
