Our team is responsible for overseeing revenue & monetization initiatives in TikTok Shop & Tokopedia. Our primary goal is to support the sellers to grow their GMV in the sustainable approach by adopting to our advertising solution. About this role
In this role, you will work closely with the Revenue & Monetization team to support strategic initiatives across TikTok Shop and Tokopedia. You will gain hands-on experience in e-commerce strategy, ads monetization, and cross-functional project management while contributing to high-impact business projects. Responsibilities
1. Ads Project Operations - Support the implementation, execution, and monitoring of Ads revenue initiatives for TikTok Shop Indonesia. - Assist with operational activities, including resource coordination, campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting. - Provide end-to-end operational support to ensure the successful delivery of strategic Ads initiatives.
