Special Education Autism Consultant Role SSRCE

Join the South Shore Regional Centre for Education as a Special Education Autism Consultant. This permanent position focuses on creating inclusive learning environments for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

You will need a Masters degree in Inclusive Education and extensive experience, at least five years in special education, particularly addressing the needs of students with ASD. You will actively lead Professional Development initiatives and support Student and Teaching Support Teams in successfully implementing evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Team in developing Individual Program Plans for ASD
• Collaborate on program strategies for diverse learners
• Train educational staff on evidence-based interventions
