What will be your role?

Reporting to ISS Director, the Spare Parts & Warranty Technician will work with the In-Service Support Team in supporting our customers with Spare Parts requests. In the role of warranty technician, you will resolve issues with products under warranty by performing diagnostics, failure analysis, and coordinate the replacement of the defective parts.
