Job Responsibilities
Work with necessary departments to process the quotation of, build of, delivery of customer orders for spare parts and other miscellaneous component orders.Assist with quote price and delivery of spare parts to customers and any appropriate representatives using Spare Parts and Service Quotation Form.Use all interactive customer web sites to obtain orders and any other correspondence related to spare part orders (VAATZ, Web Quote, Covi Sint).Enter, process, and release sales orders from customer purchase orders.Follow-up on deliveries of purchase orders and job progress.Coordinate and oversee shipping of spare parts orders.Quote machine/fab detail prints.Read detail & assembly prints.Basic knowledge of all Machine shop operatio...
