In this dynamic role you will interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. The position is on‑site and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding the client’s products and/or services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the end‑clients and solve accounting related questions with reactivity.
  • Educate users on how to manage their business better.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Sales and Product teams.
  • Ensure best‑in‑class service is given to customers.
