- Responsible in assisting customer’s inquiries using Spanish and English Language through email, call, message, and live chat support
- Listening and resolve customer's concerns, issues, or questions
- Preparing reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Participate in team meetings and achieve targets needed
- Accomplishing other related tasks needed
Requirements
- Native Spanish Speakers living in the Philippines
- Conversational to Fluent in English language
- Open for graduate and undergraduates
- Must be located in Metro Manila
- Can start as soon as possible
