Job Responsibilities

• Deliver best‑in‑class customer service throughout the process, for both inbound and outbound calls.
• Communicate updates to Home Lending Advisor(s) on pipeline status and update customers and third parties related to the transactions; prioritize daily tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Contact customers to discuss loan terms and ensure understanding; arrange proposed loan signing times at the request of, or in the absence of, the Home Lending Advisor(s).
