An integral member of the Spa Team, the Spa & Wellness Specialist performs body treatments according to established Four Seasons protocols. The Spa & Wellness Specialist also complies with Four Seasons core and culture standards. This position ensures all guests experience pure peace and relaxation. This position also will be well versed on current treatment offerings and spa products, and be able to assist guests with reservations and has the ability to provide insightful advice on treatment options and packages to suit the guest’s wellness needs.
