Job Description
The Spa at The Kingsley are growing the team and are seeking a full-time/part-time qualified Spa Therapist who is ready for a new challenge in their career. We are looking for a highly guest focused candidate with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for the well-being and Spa industry.
Therapist Care Programme:
- Monitored massage quota
- Retail commission
- Premium rate for Sunday
- Customer Service Incentives
- 2 Sundays or Saturdays off per month (where possible and as applicable)
- Training with in-house trainers
- External training to expand your certifications e.g. Hot stone Massage, Indian Head Massage
- Development opportunities - Junior, Senior & Head Therapist/Trainer
- Wellbeing Initiatives (e.g. Wellness days, Bike to work scheme, Fitness classes, use of pool)
