Responsibilities

• Perform various spa treatments such as body massage, facials, body scrubs, and other wellness therapies
• Assess guest needs and recommend suitable treatments or spa packages
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and properly prepared before and after each session
• Maintain knowledge of spa products, services, and promotions
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
