Overview

Based at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi within the Spa Department, the Spa Therapist is responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing massage therapies and body treatments as assigned by the Spa Operations Manager.

• Create an exceptional first impression by welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention, addressing each guest by name.
• Deliver bespoke massage therapies and body treatments to the highest standards in strict accordance with the spa’s treatment protocols and training guidelines.
• Consistently uphold the luxury service standards of the spa and hotel, ensuring every guest experience is refined, seamless, and memorable.
