Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a warm professional manner.
- Manage appointments, bookings and client inquiries.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs and payment processing.
- Maintain reception area standards and client records.
- Promote spa treatments, packages, memberships and retail products.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and enhance the guest experience.
- Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, spa or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales‑oriented mindset with confidence in recommending services and products.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of spa services and wellness products is an advantage.
