New opportunity as Spa Manager with this luxury hotel group based in the UAE – Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team development, & commercial performance.
Ideal candidates will be currently based in the UAE & passionate about delivering world-class wellness experiences & leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of a luxury hotel spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint.
Inspire, coach and develop a team of therapists and reception staff to consistently deliver five-star service.
Drive revenue growth through effective retail, treatment and membership strategies.
Maintain the highest standards of service, hygiene, compliance and operational efficiency.
