Job Description
Duties
- Clean and disinfect treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, saunas, steam rooms, and locker rooms between appointments.
- Wash, dry, and fold robes, towels, and sheets. Ensure treatment areas and vanity stations are fully stocked with fresh amenities.
- Clean, disinfect, and properly store specialized spa equipment such as massage beds, hot stones, and hydrotherapy tubs according to health codes.
- Maintain the cleanliness of spa entryways, corridors, reception desks, and waiting areas.
- Identify and report broken fixtures, damaged furniture, or equipment malfunctions to the Spa Manager.
- Handle soiled items discreetly and maintain a tranquil, professional demeanour when interacting with spa guests.
