Southern Malaysia FMCG Area Sales Lead – General Trade

Asia Recruit is seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager for a multinational manufacturer covering Southern Malaysia (Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan). The role is based in Melaka or Johor Bahru and focuses on General Trade channel growth.

You will lead regional sales plans, manage distributors, negotiate terms, and coordinate with marketing on promotions and new product launches. Travel is required to support key accounts and ensure execution.
