Job Description
We are hiring an experienced South Indian Cook specializing in authentic Malabari cuisine for a UAE camp kitchen. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality South Indian meals, maintaining food hygiene standards, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring timely meal service for camp staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a South Indian Cook with expertise in Malabari cuisine
- Ability to prepare authentic South Indian breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and traditional Malabari dishes
- Relevant cooking experience in restaurants, hotels, catering, or camp kitchens
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment
