What the Programme is About

Graduates will work and learn at the SARB Head Office from February 2027 to January 2028. They will be assigned to a department and exposed to various tasks and projects. Throughout the programme, participants attend learning interventions at the SARB Academy that cover central banking topics and develop personal and professional skills such as assertive communication, public speaking, impactful reporting, teamwork and etiquette.
