Sous Chef - Upscale/Fine Dining
Location: Omaha, NE
Salary: $75,000-$80,000 annually
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a high-volume, upscale fine-dining restaurant in Denver. This role is ideal for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and is passionate about quality, consistency, and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily kitchen operations and service execution
- Lead, train, and develop the culinary team
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Assist with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu execution and kitchen procedures
