Our client on the outskirts of Penzance are seeking a Sous Chef to expand their current kitchen Team.Due to the remote coastal location own transport is required.As Sous chef you are responsible for many duties and responsibilities to support the Head chef, such as inventory, kitchen staff management, and food preparation.This is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of £39250.00 plus generous tips.48 hours per week over 5 days - various shift patternsFree onsite parking, company pension, company discount and private medical cover.
