Job Description

Rolo's Sous Chef will work alongside the Chef/Partners and Chef de Cuisine to lead a wide-ranging culinary program rooted in craftsmanship, curiosity, and exceptional execution. The role spans multiple disciplines across production and service, from butchery and pasta making to pastry and live-fire cooking, requiring equal parts technical skill, organization, and leadership. Through daily communication, hands-on quality control, and close collaboration with the kitchen team, the Sous Chef will help ensure consistency and excellence across all facets of the operation while upholding Rolo's culture and contributing to the growth and wellbeing of the team.
