Requirements

  • Must have trade qualifications
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Management experience is a must for Sous position
  • Knowledge of ordering, stock control and training and development of chefs (Sous)
  • Come from a creative and upmarket A la Carte environment
  • A passion for learning and increasing their culinary experience
