Responsibilities

• Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards.
• Maintain the highest culinary standards set by the Executive Chef and guests of the resort.
• Develop creative, personalized menus and stay abreast of restaurant trends.
• Manage employee performance through training, coaching, corrective action, and performance reviews.
