Job Description
**Amentum** is seeking a **Sous Chef** to join our team on **Andros Island, Bahamas** to support the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) mission. **Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.**
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Assist and support the Dining Facility Manager ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations.
+ Coordinate, prepare, and supervise the production of food service requirements for day-to-day operations.
+ Focus on portion control and eliminating waste reduction strategies.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
